Shades Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") is a construction company based at 124 Fairmead Crescent, Edgware, HA8 8YP. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Questions about it go to shadesdb.info@gmail.com or 07429 127 065.

• Enquiry form: your name, email, phone number, postcode, project type, timing, the project details you type in, and the campaign label of the link you arrived from (for example "facebook"), if any.
• Calls, WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to tell us, plus your number or address so we can reply.
• Site visits and quotes: details about your property and project that we need to plan, price and carry out the work.
• Website cookies: only if you accept them. See "Cookies" below.

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation or site visit, and prepare a quote. We do this because you asked us to, before any contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To carry out and manage your project if you become a customer, and to keep the records the law requires (contract and legal obligation).
• To see which of our marketing brings in enquiries, using campaign labels and our enquiry records. This is in our legitimate interest in running the business, and it never involves selling your details.
• To measure our Facebook and Instagram ads with the Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies (consent).

We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business:

• Ether Labs, our marketing partner, which runs this website and our advertising. It receives a copy of website enquiries so it can check which campaigns produce them.
• Resend, which sends the enquiry emails from this website, and Google (Gmail), where we receive and keep them.
• Vercel, which hosts this website, and Fontshare, which serves its font. Like any web host, they see your IP address when your browser loads the site.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept cookies. See below.
• WhatsApp, if you message us there. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or with professionals such as our accountants and insurers.

We ask before setting any non-essential cookie. If you accept, the Meta Pixel sets a cookie (_fbp) and tells Meta when you view a page, send an enquiry, or tap to call, WhatsApp or email us. We send Meta the type of project you chose, but not your name, email, phone number or postcode. Meta uses this to measure and improve our ads and may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policy.

If you reject, none of this happens. Either way, we remember your choice in your browser's storage so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

• Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 2 years after we last spoke, in case you come back to us, then deleted.
• Customer and project records: 6 years after the project ends, for tax, contract and warranty purposes.
• Meta's cookie data: Meta's own retention rules apply. The _fbp cookie expires after about 90 days unless it is refreshed.

Some of the services above, including Resend, Vercel, Google and Meta, store or process data in the United States or elsewhere. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised by UK law, such as the UK–US Data Bridge or the ICO's international data transfer agreement and addendum.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask us to pass it to another company. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email or call us using the details above. We'll reply within one month.
